The Role

Reporting directly to the R&D Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Working with a cross-functional project team to deliver cost optimization and New Product Development (NPD) projects.
• Lead and execute projects from the early conceptual phase through to commercialization.
• Develop recommendations and specifications based on technical hypothesis and statistical evaluation.
• Ensure compliance to relevant product quality standards and policies.

Your Background

In order to be successful for this role, you:
• Have tertiary qualifications in Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in bringing products from concepts to launch.
• At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Experience conducting statistical analysis on Minitab.
