iDrive Logistics is an established, profitable company looking for a Sr. UI/UX designer with proven visual design talent to lead design efforts for our new SaaS platform. You will work on a number of applications and design challenges from SaaS to web to mobile, working with stakeholders and development teams across the globe. This is a Sr. Level design position with upward... advancement opportunities in a short period of time. You will be directly responsible for owning UX/UI for the entire iDrive SaaS platform and report directly to the Chief Innovation Officer. What You Will Be Doing
• Own the UX/UI design for the iDrive SaaS Platform and unify all the iDrive applications under a single style and design concept
• Partner with Product Managers to develop new product concepts, storyboards, detailed mockups and user flows, which clearly articulate solutions
• Align product design concepts and strategies with company's strategic vision
• Conduct usability testing to iteratively validate and improve designs
• Create and track user experience metrics and reports on the success of the UX
• Actively participate as part of an agile team to shorten feedback loops and ensure designs are feasible and implemented correctly.
• Develop a culture of innovation by creatively and effectively solving problems
• Hire and manage a team of product designers and UX/UI professionals over time

Required Experience
• Bachelors degree in a design-related field
• 7+ years of Product/UX/UI experience with at least 5 Yrs SaaS application design experience
• Strong portfolio to showcase your modern and elegant UX/UI work
• Expertise in standard UX/UI software such as figma, sketch, InVision, Zeplin
• Passion for all things UX and other areas of design and innovation
