• Identify stakeholder groups for User-Experience requirement gathering.
• Collect, document, and analyze User-Experience needs and develop personas.
• Analyze requirements for non-User-Experience situations and audiences.
• Scheduling requirement elicitation meetings, and decision-making processes.
• Handle task coordination, prioritization, status, and issue monitoring.
• Work with the Project Manager and other customers.
• Work effectively within a group setting.
• Conduct review sessions with users and obtains signoffs from the stakeholder.
• Design wireframes and presents to users for feedback, update and review and approvals.
• Write detailed use cases or user stories for certain workflows, as needed.
• Analyze requirements input from a wide variety of stakeholder groups, across the agency, determining the business needs from those inputs, synthesizing business needs into understandable units of work, and producing wireframes and prototypes that embody those business needs.

• BA/BFA degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial
• 7+ years of UX design experience.
• Experienced in stakeholder group requirements elicitation plan formulation (who will you talk to, what’s the approach, etc.)
• Experienced in various elicitation techniques such as interviews, focus groups, prototypes, shoulder-surfing, etc.
• Experienced in Graphical User Interface designs and wireframes for gathering key requirements in elicitation technique
• Taking feedback from users about the GUI wireframes and using that to improve the team’s overall understanding of the business needs.
• Proficient in managing stakeholder relationships throughout the project life cycle
• Experienced in requirements negotiation within multiple work groups.

• Exceptional customer service orientation, attention to details and deadlines ensuring effective task management
