Senior UX Designer...

Overview:

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer, who is a self-motivated, awesome individual, aligns with our core values and believes that they have the power to change the world, one step at a time. As a key member of the design group, you will be chartered with various aspects of UX design, including, research, interaction design and visual design. This is a small team, and the position requires strong problem-solving skills, and independent thought leadership, coupled with an aptitude for collaboration and open communication. This is a 3 month engagement.

What you will do:
• Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging end-to-end user experience for enterprise web applications.
• Work with business and product teams to understand the “big picture” of business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process
• Design mockups and high-fidelity user interfaces with a high degree of consistency and simplicity
• Define macro-to-micro interactions for the design solution.
• Adhere to design principles and user-centric design practices.
• Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.
• Work together with the UI development team to help achieve the ultimate objective of ensuring that the product UI conforms to the intended mockups.

What you will bring:
• A bachelor’s or higher degree in the field of user experience design (human-computer interaction/interaction design) or in a related field.
• 5-8 Years of industry experience as UX designer for a Healthcare, Software Product Design company.
• Strong understanding of user-experience design for the enterprise web application.
• Portfolio demonstrating the UX process and diverse aspects of the UX design work.
• A solid design background with an obsessive eye for visual and interaction details.
• Hands-on experience working with various latest design tools.
• Self-motivated and able to efficiently run a project without close supervision.
• Should have the ability to design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using the latest design tools.
• A team player who can easily adapt to a rapidly changing environment and is ready to learn from others.
• Excellent communication skills - you should be able to clearly articulate your design decisions and manage communication efficiently with the product team.

Note: The expected base pay range for this position is $105,533 - $145,108 per year. Base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, and experience.
