Job Description For Cluster Food & Beverage Marketing Manager(HOZ48205) in Phuket,Thailand. PhuketJob Description The Food & Beverage Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating all marketing strategies and activities for the standalone restaurants at Avista Grand Phuket Karon MGallery and Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong MGallery, including advertising, promotions, public relations, e-commerce, social media and collateral with focus on driving incremental revenue in line with the overall visions and objectives of the outlets. Responsibilities: Reporting to the Cluster Director of Marketing, Digital and PR, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Planning Marketing Strategy Strategize, develop and execute food and beverage promotion campaigns; Develop and implement a strategic integrated marketing communications plan and correlation expenditure budgets annually Regularly define and identify... most effective communication channels to promote existing products and services Develop advertising opportunities (SEM, Social Media, local, domestic and International print and online) Liaise business partners, online social media in particular, for joint marketing activities of hotel F&B that drive market awareness on social media and restaurant revenue; Creating marketing content Working with the Food & Beverage Graphic Design & Social Media Executive, design and develop marketing material (photo and video shooting, collaterals, social media, whatsapp & Line, promotional flyers and direct marketing emails Manage digital marketing and social media activity across social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Youtube. Responsible for the development of social media content and analysis of reach and conversion Source for and promote events that will drive traffic to the standalone restaurants and grow revenueBrand Management Awareness Coordinate and manage local, domestic and International media/public interest to generate coverage and maintain awareness of the standalone restaurants Handle and coordinate all media request, media releases, enquiries and presentations-hosting media, influencers and VIPs to drive quality media and impactful word of mouth Keep current with marketing trends, competitive analysis, new communication techniques and digital platform, in order to explore and recommend creative ways to reaching out to target audience groups Plan monthly promotional calendar with standalone restaurant managers generating ideas for new offerings Evaluate and prepare reports showing the results of marketing campaigns (ROI) Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant internal departments and regional office are kept informed of marketing objectives Customer EngagementBuild and maintain customer database and engage through regular customer communiqués as in newsletters, loyalty programs Support operations team in managing guest experience on site, be visible and be part of the face and the host of the standalone restaurants Respond to media or customer queries and complaints and host special events in conjunction with management to promote the outletsWork Experience Requirements At least 3-5 years in related marketing, social media and lifestyle F&B industry Has genuine interest in F&B, life-style and nightlife Strong network of connections is an asset, including media, bloggers, social influencers and industry partners Self-motivated, creative flair, eye for detail, up to date in life-style trends, secure on social platform Computer proficiency, skilled in digital marketing and social media software tools Embrace the culture of the brands Youthful and extroverted, fun with sense of humourEncouraged to establish relationships with our guests
