To implement and review the sales personnel’s performance as well as the company's performance in accordance with the KPI.
To provide direction and to conduct regular coaching and counselling with sales personnel to motivate and enhance the skill sets of the sales team.
To develop the sales team through ongoing training and support them with implementation of standardised sales/marketing process and customer / account management process.
To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
To review launch programmes, marketing activities, budgets, and expenses and to make recommendations to Management for implementation.
To recommend and seek Management approval on marketing collaterals for new and on-going products / projects such as print media (product brochures, press advertisement, invitation cards), outdoor advertising (banners, flyers, leaflets, buntings) and electronic media (project websites).
To ensure timely application and renewal of Developer License (DL) and Advertising Permits (AP)
To manage external agencies, consultants, suppliers, contractors etc. including the setting of marketing and design directions, and cost and risk management.
To manage and ensure project launches and events at sales office/gallery/show homes, as well as local and international property exhibitions/displays are successfully carried out.
To assist in the negotiations with panel of end-financiers to obtain end-financing for purchasers on competitive terms and conditions.
Possess possess Master or Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience in marketing preferably in the property industry with at least 5 years’ experience at managerial level.
Pleasant personality, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent business acumen with strong financial management skills; excellent in planning & organization skills
