Flat Manager is looking for an ambitious bright individual to join us as a full-time Junior Sales Specialist in Sofia.

Flat Manager's sales team (SLS) brings on new clients and leads the onboarding process, including listing preparation and setup.

As a Junior Sales Analyst you will be the first contact of all potential clients in our largest market - Sofia. You will be answering their questions regarding our services, arranging and attending viewings and onboarding the properties once you've signed the client.

Main responsibilities:
• Lead management - processing inbound sales calls, emails and messages on social media;
• Viewings and client signing;
• Creating Airbnb, Booking.com and other channels profiles for properties in all of our domestic markets;
• Monitoring and maintaining the online profiles of the properties, ensuring they are up to date and... attractive for prospective tenants;
• Developing relationships with corporate clients who may require accommodation for expat employees, clients or partners;

Requirements:
• Flawless written and spoken English and Bulgarian
• Exceptional people and communication skills, customer-oriented mindset
