MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls. Oversee and lead the activities of the Sales team Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. Educational Requirements: At least five year of working experience is a must Fluent English both in writing and oral Good sense of interpersonal skills Technical education background is preferable Candidate with working experience of Ethiopian State Owned Company or Organizations like Sugar Industries , Ethiopian Petroleum, Ethiopian Shipping Line , Ethiopian Engineering , etc is preferable
