About the school:

Our client is a test preparation center in Hong Kong serving students who are seeking to gain admission to top universities in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Hong Kong. They offer tutoring for high school aged students for the SAT, ACT, and the SSAT, as well as core subject tutoring for IB, AP and A-level courses. They are seeking candidates with a strong academic background, both as a student and an educator.

Contract info:
• Start date: ASAP
• Contract length: 1 year
• Schedule: Weekday Evenings and Saturdays (max 5 days per week, Sundays always off)

Compensation:
• Base Salary of $3,000 to $5,000 USD per month
• Monthly and quarterly bonuses
• Total earnings average $4,800 to $6,000 USD per month
• Fully subsidized health care in Hong Kong; private insurance coming soon
• Work visa

Requirements:
• BA Degree required; degree from a top 30 United States university or top 10 UK university strongly preferred
• Some experience with IB, AP, A-Level... SAT, ACT tutoring is required; 2+ years of tutoring experience is preferred
• For candidates with an exceptional academic background (degree from top university), no teaching experience is necessary but preferred
• High SAT/ACT Scores
• Strong command of English grammar, reading comprehension, and writing
• Ability to spark intellectual curiosity in students
