【工作內容】

• Lead development of the trade strategy to support long term Category growth and profitably increase market share based on shopper and customer requirements
• Generate compelling shopper stories to develop winning strategies for categories vs competition
• Prepare and implement new product trade launch and conduct pre and post evaluation
• Develop a joint business partnership with key customers to drive business performance
• Optimize Total Trade Spend budgets for category by channel and monitor the execution
• Participating in ad-hoc assignments as required.

- 其他：• A degree holder in Marketing/Business or related discipline
• At least 3-5 years trade marketing or channel development experience in FMCG... industry
• Strong strategic thinking & business acumen, good analytical & execution skills
• Good inter-personal and communication skills, able to work with people across different functions and levels
• Highly stress-resistant, mature & adaptable to fast pace working environment
• Self-motivated and can-do spirit
• A good team player, well-organized with sense of urgency
• Excellent command of written and spoken English as well as Mandarin
