Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and promote Danfoss in South region within HVAC/Commercial and Public Building business to achieve targeted revenue and growth objectives.

2. Participate in making and implement agreed strategies and action plans.

3. Distributer performance management and competence building

4. Fulfil annual sales target and KPIs.

5. Strengthen sales channel to fit to market and business development

6. Strengthen Danfoss brand image in responsible

7. Reporting, including but not limited to market and competition dynamics

8. Training and service to end users, distributors and design institute

Background & Skills

1. Bachelor's degree in HVAC or Thermal Engineering
2. Over 5 years of sales experiences
3. Priority: heat exchanger selling experience is preferential
4. Customer oriented and skills in customer communications and presentations
5. Initiative and strong motivation, communication skill, teamwork spirit
6. Self-initiative and self-disciplined
