IO Interactive is embarking on a new journey - into the world of emergent multi-player on a unique unannounced project that we believe will shape the future for years to come of both our studio and the relationships we’ve built with our players. When it comes to designing this new console project, we are seeking a Lead Gameplay Animator who will be the holder of the craft and support our team of talented animators in bringing our game to life through animation.

What you will do:
• Lead the animation team in the process of creating animations that fits the style and vision and has a great feel on the sticks.
• Support the animators in growing their skillset to reach a compelling animation style and drive the animation vision for the team.
• Bring Vision into imaginative motion through keyframe.
• Work with the Animation Director and Producers to ensure that their creative vision will be produced within production timeline.

Who you are :
• Someone who can craft animations without... solely relying on Motion Capture.
• Someone who can create benchmark animations for the team when necessary.
• A naturally curious individual with a mindset that is not afraid to learn new things.
