Responsibilities
• Design HVAC Systems: Develop, design, and oversee the installation and operation of HVAC systems in commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. This includes performing load calculations, selecting equipment, and creating HVAC system schematics.
• Supervise Teams: Supervise teams of engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure that HVAC projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of HVAC projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers and colleagues, answering questions and resolving technical issues related to HVAC systems.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that HVAC systems are installed and maintained to meet regulatory standards and comply with environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• System Optimization: Optimize HVAC systems to improve energy efficiency... reduce costs, and increase system performance.

Qualifications
• Experience: Several years of relevant experience in HVAC system design and installation, including experience with commercial and industrial HVAC systems, is typically required. Experience in project management and leadership may also be preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in HVAC system design, installation, and maintenance, are necessary for success in this role. Knowledge of HVAC design software, such as AutoCAD and Revit, is also required. Experience with HVAC systems, such as variable refrigerant flow (VRF), air handling units (AHUs), and chillers, is often preferred.
• Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary for effectively working with other team members, such as architects, contractors, and project managers.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills are necessary for identifying and resolving issues in HVAC systems and implementing corrective actions
