• Design and implement the IP backbone network of the organization.
• Implement routing protocols and policies to ensure optimal network performance and stability.
• Monitor network connectivity and capacity to identify and resolve issues before they cause service disruption.
• Troubleshoot network issues and provide resolution for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of network systems with other IT systems.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging network technologies and make recommendations for enhancements to the network.
• Participate in network planning and budgeting activities.
• Mentor junior engineers in the team and share knowledge.

Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in IP network design and implementation.
• Strong experience in routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, MPLS, etc.
• Knowledge of network security principles and... practices.
• Cisco certifications such as CCIE is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
