Role and team summary:

Price Risk and Control (PRC) is looking for a candidate with experience in operations/product control to produce the T0 Daily Revenue Flash Report which is distributed to the US Fed and Citi Management team. This is an exciting opportunity for a practically minded professional with previous exposure to Global Markets. The incumbent will be working closely with the wider PRC teams, first and second-line teams, Business Managers, Control teams, as well as partner areas such as Operations and Technology.

This role is also a key member of a broader 1st Line Risk & Control function directly supporting Global Markets as one of the major businesses within the Institutional Clients Group. The Global Markets Risk & Control team is mandated to establish and maintain a robust 1st Line of Defence designed to minimize risk within the business including leading critical control remediation projects to mitigate risk in Trading, Financial Crimes and Conduct... while ensuring strong governance to measure, monitor, manage and escalate key risks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Daily Production of T0 Daily Revenue Flash Report to the US Fed and Citi Management team, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Provide ongoing specialist support to ICG Global Markets Trading teams regarding revenue estimates reporting on a daily basis.
• Investigate issues impacting the T0 Daily Revenue Flash Report, and work with relevant Trading and Technology stakeholders across Markets to ensure proper remediation.
• Jointly with the wider T0 revenue program team, track the successful completion and on-time delivery of committed technology, infrastructure and process enhancements.
• Participation in wider PRC Projects impacting T0 Reporting, including the development of enhanced reporting for Markets.

Qualifications and Competencies:
• At least 5 years’ experience ideally in operations/product control.
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
• Strong ability in interacting with and influencing senior business stakeholders
• Capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking in a dynamic environment
• Excellent oral and written communications skills; Must be articulate and persuasive.
• Strong financial, analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite including Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, SharePoint and Visio.
