Education and/or Experience Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience as QA

Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of QA experience with Salesforce ecosystem including FinancialForce PSA
• Must have expertise to test manually with Salesforce / FinancialForce PSA
• Experience with project management systems like Azure DevOps
• Experience with creation and maintenance of test plans and test cases for Salesforce / FinacialForce PSA
• Experience in Salesforce / FinancialForce integration testing with external systems
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain productive working relationships cross-departmentally and cross-functionally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with and present to all stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, planning and creative problem solving-skills with critical attention to detail.
• Proven track... record of delivery quality projects with no to minimum post production tickets.
• History of balancing competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations.

Preferred qualifications

Experince in Agile SAFe Framework

Experience supporting large scale Salesforce implementations including multiple instances

Experience with Salesforce / Financial Force PSA GovCloud

Ability to think through performance requirements for a system and lead optimizing/tuning.
• Experience with automated testing using Proverb or similar tool
