The Company

Our client is an Australian-owned food manufacturing company with sites in NSW & VIC. They are a major food and ingredient supplier to the retail and food service markets.

The Role
• Lead production supervisors in driving the production team to achieve key outcomes
• Responsible for site achievement of all KPIs relevant to production and labour costs
• Implement and streamline manufacturing processes, procedures and systems
• Manage work-flow in the entire facility from production to dispatch
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver production KPIs
• Ensure all staff undergo training relevant to their roles
• Ensure site adherence to OH&S and relevant food safety standards
• Liaise with senior management for any related matters with production processing
• Report on production output... and quality according to standard operating procedure

About You
• A minimum 3+ year's experience in a similar role
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry essential
• Management/Leadership qualification preferred
• Ability to implement and streamline manufacturing processes
• Strong leadership skills and an ability to motivate a large team
• Dependability/High workload capacity.

Salary and Work Rights
• $110K - $120K + Super depending on industry relevant experience & qualifications.
• Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents.
