Newly appointed Border Patrol Agents will be offered a $10,000 recruitment incentive upon successful completion of the required formal training at the USBP academy. Additionally new Agents accepting one of the hard to fill locations will be eligible for an additional $10,000 recruitment incentive (for a total of $20,000).
