Legal Counsel required for major Offshore Wind Farm developer based in Taiwan

Responsibilities
• Advise on regulatory regimes for offshore wind energy project development, construction, and operations
• Provide legal support in permitting, consent, bid and other regulatory proceedings
• Participate in the negotiation of commercial agreements (e.g., revenue, real estates, crossing, procurement, and other relevant contracts
• advise on and implement joint venture agreements
• Consultant is also be expected to provide legal advice on various matters where needed, including entry into new markets, corporate governance, and compliance's...etc

Requirements
• Have a LL.B. and/or LL.M. from an accredited law school
• Are admitted to the bar association in Taiwan or other jurisdiction(s) for 3 years or above
• Have substantial experience as a practising attorney, preferably with major law firm or governmental agencies
• Business proficiency in English (additional language such as Korean and... Japanese being a plus)
• Possess outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Can work independently and quickly on a broad range of issues, with infrastructure-related experience being a plus
