The Position

1. Develop and execute sales strategy to increase Roche penetration in mid to low volume
clinical laboratory segment (small regional hospitals, district hospitals and private labs);
maintain customer relationships and troubleshooting customer problems
2. Generate demand and maximize product awareness among customers
3. Provide and coordinate all commercial activities in collaboration with various internal and
external stakeholders to catalyze sales strategy and enhance customer engagement and
satisfaction
4. Conduct and organize necessary business analysis and territory planning
5. Communicate competitive market information internally
6. Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition.
7. Other tasks as assigned by line manager.
