(Working Location: Yuen Long, 5 days a week)

Your role:
• Development and execute of annual brand plan and budget plan according to the set KPIs
• Develop brand campaign with creative & media agencies, ability to maximize ROI with best-in-class executions
• On-going market track data analysis, analyze consumer research data & market insights, be able to translate them into business opportunities for upcoming brand growth and new product ideas
• Active role in the New Product Development (NPD) process and ensure on-time launch
• Full control of annual marketing budget and ensure efficient and effective use of budget to generate consumer demand
• Work closely with cross functional departments to align the business plans in regular business cycle

What Will Make You Successful:
• Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years’ FMCG or MNC brand marketing experience
• Experience in New Product Development (NPD), food and beverage industry is a definite... advantage
• Innovative and drives for changes
• Excellent planning and project management skills
• Data sensitive and strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient PC skills
