An exciting new role has become available with the Al Futtaim Group Real... Estate, Facilities Management team. We are currently seeking an experienced admin professional to join the team as a Facilities Management Administrator


The purpose of this job is to support Facilities management team in all commercial aspects of contracts or purchase orders with objective to ensure that expenses are accurately tracked and posted, payments are made in accordance to terms and conditions with respect to Al-Futtaim internal financial procedures.

• Contract Management
• PO Administration
• Inter Departmental Communication
• Database Management
• Management Reporting
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks: Support the facilities management team with any related administrative or coordination tasks if the business requires


Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
• Degree or diploma in Commerce / Accounts

Minimum Experience:
• 5 years experience in administration / accounting
• 3 years Excel / MS Office experience

Job-Specific Skills:
• Accuracy and timeliness of invoice verification
• Accuracy in SAP Administration
• Accuracy in handling all administrative tasks, such as tracking documents, work orders and payments
• Effective written, verbal and listening communication skills.
• Ability to multi task
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Team player.
