The position is responsible for the following: (a) Financial Reporting and Analysis on investment activities including Budgeting; (b) Regulatory/Group Reporting; and (c) Administrative/Operation functions. This position is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of relevant, accurate and quality investments reports and data to... address the requirements of various stakeholders and regulators. Roles and Responsibilities: A. Financial Reporting and Analysis Ensures timely submission of Regulatory and Management Reports such as, monthly BPLAC and Citi-BPLAC Fund Performance Report, Monthly FAM Pricing template and FAM pricing sign-off, Monthly Unit-holders’ Report, Asset Liability Matching for BPLAC and or analyze other reports needed from time to time. Prepare and assist in BPLAC NII Budget and Forecast. Ensures the timely adjustment of SIA in SAANIITY system on a monthly basis. B. Regulatory/Group Reporting Prepare monthly pricing requirement of SAP-FAM Prepare required Finance required reports such as IFRS Disclosure, audit related documents, ICFR/FCSA certification, Related Party reports. Monitoring of fund ownership for FATCA / AMLA / RPT purposes and secure a certification submitted to BPI-AMTC and group office. Prepares and ensures fund approval from Insurance commission, seed capital approval from Investment Committee, securing approval on investment recommendation from BPI-AMTC, account opening with BPI-AMTC and other counterparties of BPLAC. C. Administrative/Operation functions Ensures the timely payment and booking of correct BPLAC marketing fee / coupons paid by BPI AMTC, BIMI and other bank counterparties, vice versa. Validates the amount of local and global custody fees and ensures the timely payment to Citibank NA, Manila and Hongkong. Ensure completeness of trades in investment systems and performs reconciliation, (IBOR, FAM and IBOR), Citibank FA, Custodians and Counterparty Statement of Accounts. Prepare daily trade orders to fund managers Validates daily holdings of BPLAC VUL provided by CITI FA and confirms completeness to ULB Finance Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements Minimum Job Requirements: Education –Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any other related fields Experience – with at least 2-3 years relevant experience in Investment Operations Certifications/licenses – LOMA Level 1/ ALMI / FLMI is a plus but not required; TOAP passer is a plus but not required. Civil Service Examination - PPT Professional Level Passer is a plus but not required. Special skills - knowledgeable in SAP, Business Intelligence, Bloomberg and proficient in MS Office applications specifically MS Excel.
