TRANSSION Holdings is hiring Customer Service Manager in Uzbekistan.
The ideal candidate will provide and maintain excellent customer service and be the frontline service contact for our external customers.
Responsibilities
1.Mainly in UZ and travel to other city for ASP check or research
Remotely control of KZ partners or business travel if needed.
2.Service partners relationship maintain:
Analysis of current service network, coverage, KPI`s Daily control of network activity Issues solving New ASP search and contracting Finance settlement, including FOL operations Reporting Improvements planning.
3. Dealers relationship maintain:
Monthly or quarterly visit if needed Collect their feedback and solve their complains.
Area of responsibility – UZ(main), KZ, Service partners (ASP).
Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent experience 3+ years' of experience either in Customer Service management Excellent written and verbal communication skills English is a Must Experience... with smartphones or other electronic devices is a big plus.
