Your role
As a Project Lead, manage the projects in Manufacturing engineering. The Manufacturing engineering work scope includes teams working on CNC programming, CMM programming and CAPP. The work will involve understanding problem definition, requirements gathering, effort estimation, project deliverables, providing status against defined project metrices, participation in governance meetings with customer.

Required
• Managing diverse teams, located in different geographies
• Gas Turbine / Aero engine domain exposure with Manufacturing engineering experience
• Strong Customer interface management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German & English language.
