About Brand IQ:

Brand IQ, a provider of advanced data-driven advertising services, is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

We deliver the next level of programmatic buying to sophisticated advertisers and agencies. To this end, prior experience in managing display and social media campaigns is needed.

Responsibilities:
• Manage digital campaigns through leading demand-side platforms, social media platforms, and search engines
• Monitor and optimize multiple campaign executions against client KPIs
• Review ad performance relative to campaign KPIs to provide and execute optimization recommendations in order to increase performance
• Recognize, analyze and quickly solve discrepancies between ad servers and platforms
• Ensure clients, account managers, and internal sales teams are receiving exceptional customer service and support
• Participate in client campaign kick-off calls to outline deliverables and ad tracking requirements
• Assist with... various special projects as needed
• Have advanced English skills and be able to communicate freely
• Collaborate with relevant teams on a variety of initiatives, projects and events
• Stay up to date with advances and innovations in creative design and campaign management.

Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience in managing display and social media advertising campaigns
• Excellent articulation and communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to process large data sets and identify patterns of significance
• Ability to navigate ambiguity or work with unstructured workflows and processes
• Strong familiarity with ad serving technologies, platforms, and tools
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Superior time management and organizational skills as well as the capacity to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Self-directed with a high level of initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude
• Show great attention to details
