About Our Client

For a international company in the area of Rotterdam, we are looking for a Financial Accountant. You will be part of an international team. People from different countries are working in your team, but are all living in Holland and working at the office near Rotterdam. The team is very informal and they work very good together to accomplish the challenging deadlines of America. Most people also speak Dutch, but the Dutch language is not mandatory for this position.

In this position you are responsible for the different entities and that is why we are looking for someone who speaks English.

The position is for 32-40 hours a week.

Job Description
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable;
• Finance and management reporting;
• Receive, process, and... reconcile statements;
• Prepare monthly financial statements (General ledger accounting);
• Generate and review monthly reports;
• Assist with preparation for annual audits.
The Successful Applicant
• A bachelor of Mbo degree in Finance;
• Minimum of 2years of experience with bookkeeping;
• Execellent command of the English language;
• Knowledge of the Dutch language is a plus;
• You are driven, pro-active and accurate;
• Be able to work independently as well as in a team.
