Job Description

Job Responsibilities
• Supervise the Departmental operation. Assist Department Manager in directing the development, implementation and maintenance of clinical pharmacy services and administrative works
• Reinforce the policies and all the essential routines established by the Hospital and the Pharmacy Department
• Work closely with the Department Manager to ensure optimal team performance, staff distribution and working patterns in the pharmacy
• Establish effective communication with physicians, nurses, dispensers, other hospital personnel and patients so as to promote and ensure rational therapy
• Establish procedures, supervise and monitor the Pharmacy stock management
• Plan, participate in and supervise pharmacy services audits and project
• Actively contribute to the department's strategy for training and development
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Entry Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy or above
• 12 years or above hospital... pharmacy experience with healthcare management skills
• A Certificate of Registration and a valid Practicing Certificate issued by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board, Hong Kong
