Key Responsibilities: Providing support to team members and report to partner on status of transactions Liaising with borrowers and legal advisors in connection with the satisfaction of conditions precedent Prepare and edit security documentation Dealing with inbound and outbound enquiries, both written correspondence and by telephone Maintaining and developing relationships with clients The Candidate: Have a minimum 3 years Legal Executive experience Have a third level Degree in law or a Legal Executive qualification Excellent attention to detail in reviewing documents, and the ability to manage a busy workload.
