- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant fields
- At least 4-7 years of experience in road construction sites
- Be able to read the detailed drawing plan
- Computer Skill (MS Office, AutoCAD, 2D & 3D, MS Project)
- Be able to identify, analyze and solve technical problems at construction sites;
- Site Inspection experience on road and/or infrastructure construction projects
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Be honest and trustworthy
- Hard-working and able to work under pressure
- Be able to produce weekly and monthly reports
