We are looking for a Motion Designer specialized in video & animation as part of our Marketing team. Your focus will be the creation of visual concepts, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate our clients. Your internal clients will be the local Marketing, HR and Communication teams within the SD Worx Group. Communication will be an important aspect of your job as you will be collaborating with SD Worx colleagues within the different countries.

Key Responsibilities
• Bringing the brief and concept to life based on the internal client’s needs and... vision.
• Editing proofs to client’s specifications and getting signoff/approval before finalising artwork.
• Working and collaborating with different marketing stakeholders and other designers.
• Adapting and rolling out approved concepts to various media
• Adhering to our company brand identity and guidelines.
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders about progress of projects and any issues that may arise.
• Making sure artwork is correct and supplied in the right format/sizes/colour codes prior to publications.
• Work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Designing and creating engaging animations/motion graphics for video deliverables.

Skills & Experience
• Be creative, adaptable to trends and conceptualise original ideas.
• Have a strong, well-rounded portfolio that showcases your individual design aesthetic.
• Good communication skills to accurately convey your concepts to clients and team members.
• Mindful of client’s needs and the time with what you will be delivering.
• Have an active interest in art/design and passionate about the work you deliver.

Experience working with the below tools:
• Adobe’s Illustrator
• Photoshop
• After Effects
• Premiere Pro
• InDesign
• Dreamweaver
• HTML
• Any wireframing tools (E.g. Zeplin) is a definite advantage
• Analytical with an eye for detail
• Openness to new design trends and tendencies
• Quick in learning new tools
• At least 3 years experiences in a similar role
