The designer will work closely with other departments in order to deliver design solutions that fulfils the requirements of the projects at hand. Duties and Responsibilities Assist the marketing team with design and creation of CADs to visually convey brand messages, ideas and concepts through creative thinking and collaboration. Brainstorm, conceptualise, and develop graphic concepts and appropriate text for a variety of marketing and communications pieces, independently or with the help of the team. Work on multiple task at the same time using a wide range of media, including Videography and photography Determines style, technique, and medium best suited for organisation promotion strategies Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed Detail oriented, flexible, self-motivated and... meeting deadlines Awareness of current fashions in the visual arts, working knowledge of the latest computer packages and an understanding of material costs and time limits, all of which can impact on the design Proven ability to work under pressure on many tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment, consistently delivering high-quality results on time. Requirements and qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a graphics designer.
