Job Description

You will be Cling's first Battery Trader. In this role you will need to be creative and solution driven, the guidelines will be few and you will co-develop the new trading standards. Join a company with solid funding and high ambitions as one of the first 10 employees and work daily with maximizing the use of 2nd life batteries on a global market. If you want to make a difference for sustainability, it doesn't get more concrete than this.

Key job responsibilities
• Work closely with domestic and international buyers (typically system integrators) that use 2nd life batteries in new applications and... understand their specific needs. This can range from companies building home batteries, to grid scale batteries or retro-EVs.
• Work closely with domestic and international sellers to put together custom battery deals to meet buyer needs
• Work daily with Cling’s Supply Chain Manager ensuring that the deals you close get delivered to the customer in accordance with all agreements
• Work closely with founder and the rest of the people leading the company
• Get a unique insight in EV batteries and all the applications they can be used for
• Get experience working in a company with a circular business model
• Report to our Sales Director
Skills & Requirements

Basic Qualifications
