Responsibilities
• Responsible for executing the day-to-day on-site operations
• Understanding of Marine Operations, Yacht Fuel Sales & Operations and all marine fuel related processes & procedures,
• Ensure sales effort to maximize the revenue,
• Have adequate knowledge on occupational health and safety measurements,
• All supply operations are done correctly, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements,
• Ensure that the crew provide excellent customer service to the guests,
• Work closely with Marina Business Management Team,
• Oversee and direct expectations of boat owners and captains as required,
• Maintain a safe environment, following appropirate procedures and guidelines,
• Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives

Qualifications
• Knowledge in MS Office Programmes and Marine Softwares,
• Analytical thinker and solutions oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Proven work experience at... least 3 years as operations as Yacht Fuel Sales & Operations Representative
• Able to work under pressure,
• Have a strong time management skills,
• University degree is a plus
• Advanced level of English both writing and speaking,
• Understanding / knowing of local language is a plus,
• Have a command of corporate culture codes, has strong ethical approach, open to different cultures and high respect to cultural codes,
• Be able to represent Asmira Marine’s business ethics and values,
• Completed military service for male candidates,
• Have no restriction to travel,
• Have a class B driving license
