Business Context and Main Purpose of the job: The SU BWPC Process Engineer has overall responsibility for: Developing and implementing process improvements and local strategies, optimizing current resources and maintaining the standards in the factory Process strategy implementation: Leads engineering designs and process change management in the factory Works on capex justification of improvement projects for the site Process optimization: Conducts risk assessments and troubleshoots problems associated with manufacturing processes Collects data, performs in-depth analysis, and presents findings to the leadership team Ensures processes in Cavite SU complies with safety and quality standards of Unilever Requirements: You need to have: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) Has previous experience on process improvements High-level of knowledge on engineering systems and understands PID systems Experience working AutoCAD and Solid works is a plus (+) Logic... and structured thinking, advance technical skills, and detail- orientated.
