We are currently seeking a Personal Lines Insurance ‘Signature’ (VIP) Sales Broker. In this role you will help our company succeed and grow by selling all Personal Lines products to both retail and High Net Worth clients/prospects. You will assess client’s insurance needs, evaluate risk, and set and meet sales targets. This role offers a competitive salary plus bonus based on performance and incentives.

What will you do?
• Meet/exceed monthly sales targets
• Answer inbound/make outbound calls and online inquires
• Develop business and prospect marketing plan to encourage new sales development
• Develop and market new business ideas while building a data base of contacts and networking opportunities
• Provide potential clients with professional advice and accurate quotes with the market that best suits their needs
• Networking with internal Commercial & Employee Benefits producers to achieve cross selling goals and build relationships
• Underwrite the risks & accurately complete required documentation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
• 2- 3 years of proven Personal Lines sales experience/track record
• RIBO Licensed
• Creative ability to influence and negotiate
• Persistent and results oriented
• Self-starter, highly motivated with the ability to establish sales & meet goals
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Experience with High-Net-Worth clients/prospects & Hight Net Worth Insurance Carriers.
