What will your typical day look like?

Our Global Assurance Accounting and Reporting Specialist will support the Global Accounting & Reporting Advisory Assurance Leader in scaling-up and growing the practice, in coordination with Global Service area. Additionally, this role will serve as the go to person for accounting standard content development and lead the development of content/related materials. This role will collaborate with the Global Assurance Innovation team for deployment the Memo Logic tool globally (i.e., oversee the authoring, approval and deployment of decision trees). Lead deployment of learning training decks; creating content. Additionally assist with development of multiple digital assets in the Accounting & Reporting Advisory businesses.

Responsibilities:
• Support the development of learning & training materials for practitioners globally
• Facilitate training sessions
• Work with Global Assurance’s Learning, Deployment and Quality & Risk Leaders to support member firms pursue and win engagements
• Increase the capability, efficiency, and quality of engagement delivery to businesses
• Develop materials, collateral & eminence to assist practice go-to-market, wins, and delivery of engagements

You are someone with:
• Understanding of US GAAP standards, with a business-oriented mindset
• Strong experience in the delivery of complex accounting standards & implementation and transaction related accounting services
• Innovative mindset with experience in developing and disrupting with new services or technology
• Experienced in project management and project delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work closely with leadership globally
• Strong technical skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to remain flexible in an evolving environment and ability to work through ambiguity
