We are looking for a Security Supplier Assurance Consultant on behalf of our client in the Utlities industry.

This is a Hybrid role paying up to £550 (Outside IR35)

This is a 3 month contract with possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities
• Determine the security posture of suppliers, performing third-party supplier assessments to identify and understand the risks posed by the Supplier to the organisation
• Enrol identified suppliers onto the Supplier Assessment tool
• Review supplier assessment questionnaire responses, obtaining clarity and evidences where appropriate
• Identify gaps and supplier security risks to to the organisation
• Identify mitigation and remediation actions to address supplier gaps and risk, engaging with the supplier to agree plans and activities to address risks
• Document supplier risk reports and seek business approvals
• Work with third parties, procurement and legal to mitigate supplier risks
• Work with Security teams to mature existing supplier... assurance processes and procedures
