We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Manager role for a London-based automotive company. The company is a provider of cutting-edge green energy technology on a worldwide scale and is looking for a product manager who has the necessary expertise and qualification to support its UK operation.

Job Requirements
• Knowledge and experience in production management are required.
• Preferably the City of Guilds of London (Vehicle Building).
• Excellent Licentiateship abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excel and PowerPoint abilities are required.
• Being able to solve problems and think outside the box.
• Quality assurance knowledge.
• Excellent overall engineering evaluation.
• First-line management supervision knowledge.
• Excellent Presentation Skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Chinese speakers will be preferred.
• Has the legal right to work in the... UK.

Job Responsibilities
• Recognize the company's EV products and product development pipelines completely.
• Responsible for daily production activity communication between the UK and China headquarters and manufacturing plant.
• Coordination of activities and monitoring of resource workload and progress in factories.
• Make sure project activities are moving forward in accordance with a schedule by coordinating with the R&D division at the China headquarters, pertinent manufacturing facilities, and the UK manufacturing partner.
• Collaboration with the manufacturing department to manage staff to ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
• In charge of overseeing the procurement of chassis materials at the factories.
• Keep detailed and well-organized records of all process data (i.e. schedules, deliverables, issues, images, modifications, and consignments).
• Provide the aftersales team with a summary of the project's experience and the project documentation.
• Abide by the rules and regulations of the company, and finish the tasks delegated by the leadership.
