What you’ll be doing...

As a Solution Architect, you will significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects, develop application design and provide regular support/guidance to delivery teams.
• Developing and demonstrating Omni-channel thinking, engaging customer experiences and personalized experiences using AI.
• Developing solutions for multiple projects simultaneously, interfacing with business clients, subject matter experts, IT, AI&D and internal project managers to ensure... timely delivery of initiatives and status communication to all involved parties.
• Managing complex architectures and clearly communicating those architectures at both a technical and executive level. Find areas of agreement, brainstorm solutions, and gain consensus and alignment on solutions.
• Managing research, prototype, and documenting the organization's best practices using industry standards for new technology usage.
• Teaching best practices, system design principles and adoption of new technology or techniques.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:
• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience as a Solution Architect or Data Architect.
• Experience in service-oriented architecture, web applications architecture using multiple platforms and tools.
• Experience in Design conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts.
• Experience in Telecom BSS stack and various COTS products across BSS.
• Experience on enterprise Architecture tools (Visio, IBM Rational Software Architect, etc.).
• Experience in documenting end to end solution design, system impacts, and facilitate solution alignment & commitment.
• Experience in gathering and analyzing system requirements for AI/ML systems/applications.
• Experience in Data Engineer building and supporting large-scale, business critical Warehouse and Data Lake on Google Cloud Platform(GCP).
• Knowledge on SRE concepts.
• Knowledge on software technologies, like Microservices, Spring Boot, etc for Solution Architecture.
• Knowledge on Data science concepts.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:
• A Master Degree.
• Experience on Amdocs, Adobe and Pega suite of products in building functions across BSS domains, like Sales Quote Order Experience, Order Delivery Orchestrator, Partner Relationship Management.
• Knowledge to facilitate and document solutions architecture based on sets of requirements.
• Ability to define Workflow and business process management.
• Knowledge of OSS stack and the ability to create systems architecture and solution design.
• Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of existing, new and emerging technologies that enable and drive new business solutions and models.
• Experience in proactively identifying and remediating areas for process improvements.
• Experience in assisting operation teams and testing teams for any production issues.
• Experience in providing technical and process guidance to various IT teams.
• Experience in creating positive relationships with business and IT teams.
