Are you a customer focused problem solver looking for the opportunity to leverage your customer onboarding experience? Then this might just be the role for you!
We are looking for a talented Solution Expert /L&D Consultant, who is a master of onboarding our great customers in Europe.
You will be responsible for ensuring that customers are able to effectively utilize the eloomi platform. You will partner with Customer Success Managers and work closely with customers to understand their business needs and requirements, and then provide guidance and best practice advice on how to maximize the eloomi platform to maximize customer business value.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that customers aresatisfied with the value the eloomi praltfom provides. You work closely with customers to make sure that they gain measurable business value from the L&D and People Management program.
What you will be doing:
• Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and... requirements
• Configure and implement the SaaS product or service to meet customer needs
• Provide training to customers on how to use the product or service effectively
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the product or service
• Work closely with the customer success team to ensure that customers are satisfied with the product or service
• Participate in the development of best practices and methodologies for the delivery of professional services
• Act as a subject matter expert on the product or service and provide guidance to internal teams
• Identify opportunities to improve the product or service based on customer feedback
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or comparable experience
• Strong technical skills and experience working with SaaS products or services
• Experience in customer-facing roles, such as consulting or customer success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Experience with project management and working with cross-functional teams
• Experience balancing multiple customers with conflicting priorities without sacrificing quality.
