Route planning Maintenance records of electric Fork Lift Trucks. Staff holiday rotas Appraisals and record keeping ( No HR, so you look after your own team ) Recruitment & disciplinary activities. Management meetings. Stock control is important of course plus Health & Safety for your 'areas'. You must be tech savvy, used to Word, Excel and Outlook. You will probably have 'come up' via warehouse management and have possibly been a... driver too.with an Operators Licence . It's an early start, usually 7am and aim to be away by 4pm. No weekends or late nights BUT as the Manager you'll be expected to be a key holder & available in case of emergencies. 20 days holidays increasing plus Bank Holidays of course.
