You need to execute and maintain Quality Systems at Lonza Guangzhou site by the provision of oversight to day-to-day Quality Assurance activities in accordance with approved Standard Operation Procedure/ Plan / Policies for a multi-product, Current Good Manufacture Practices biotech contract manufacturing facility.

As scientist, QC Microbiological Lab... Supervising the review of laboratory data (both internal and external) and the closeout of deviations. Author and review Change Controls, Deviations/Investigation as well as Test Methods, Specifications and SOPs.

Key responsibilities:
Supervising the review of laboratory data (both internal and external) and the closeout of deviations. Author and review Change Controls, Deviations/Investigation as well as Test Methods, Specifications and SOPs. Perform report writing (Example: Deviations/Investigations/Trending). Maintains knowledge of new technologies. Lead/ execute method transfers and validation/ qualification. Manage/perform equipment qualification and validation maintenance review. Technology and techniques of focus area: Bioburden, Endotoxin, Sterility, Growth Promotion, Biological Indicator Testing, Microorganism Identifications, Viable and Nonviable EM methods, Cell Bank Receipt and Storage.

Key requirements:
Bachelor or above. Fluent Chinese and English in writing, reading and orally. Experience working in a microbiology lab, including microbial limit testing, sterility assurance, etc. Learns from experience, errors and setbacks. Challenges the status quo and looks for opportunities to make improvements in his/her area of the business and beyond. Provides feedback to his/her managers on the content of the strategy and its implementation. Works in partnership as an active member of his/her team and cross functional working groups.
