Job Purpose
Support Product Development and PLM tasks for planning, prototyping, troubleshooting and tests for securing product compliance and validation within Single Stage.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
• Contribute to developing and testing products and product concepts by building and sting prototypes by following tests for securing product quality and performance:
• Performance, force
• Vibration test
• High temperature test
• Material test
• Accredited tests according to IEC60034-2-1, UL, CSA, ISO17025
• Secure test documentation form conducted test for further analysing
• Receive task/issue from product development engineers and solve it in dialogue and according to own knowledge/best practice.
• Operate test beds/instruments to test hydraulic performance of products, ensure that measured data and observations are valid, make the test report.
• Design and build test beds and fixtures with the inputs from projects.
• Make/assemble prototypes and test setup which cover... the needs in the projects.
• Build, validate and verify or document new and existing products.
• Ensure quality of products by testing after standard methods
• Participate in setting up, calibrating, and maintaining testing tools
• Contribute to the development and improvement of test method descriptions
• Cooperates with sub suppliers to solve tasks quickly and effectively.
• Daily contact as EHS specialist and coordinate with plant

Required Minimum Qualifications
Professional Experience ：
• 5+ years or above work experiences in pump or similar industry.
• Have Knowledge of CNAS, with CNAS experiences is preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulic is preferred.
• Able to understand the test specifications, experience to develop test plan.
• Skilled on test bed daily operation is preferred.
• Hands-on experience and excellent problem-solving skills.
• With EHS experiences is perferred.
• Good ability of self-study.
