Responsibilities: Act as a business partner for daily HR management and related issues Liaise with line managers and provide professional HR support and advice in the areas of manpower planning, budgeting, talent management, grievances handling and other HR matters Participate in HR projects, coordinate and monitor project activities against planned timelines Play a major role to support the Division in preparation of various reporting eg. work plans, annual reports and presentation materials etc. Assist in other administrative duties including but not limited to managing the Division mailbox Requirements: Degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources, Chinese literature, Journalism, etc or related disciplines Minimum 5 years HR related experience, with regional exposure an advantage Familiar with Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations Organized, great sense of ownership and servicing mindset, excellent ability to work under pressure and independently with good... time management Effective communication, engagement and interpersonal skills. Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluency in Putonghua is a plus Candidates with lower qualifications will be considered as Deputy Manager
