The Project Manager/Leader for EE Systems is responsible for leading all technical, project and system engineering & EE Integration activities for multiple programs. From concept to series-development the successful candidate will ensure all systems and components fulfil all the program requirements (performance, attributes, cost & timing). This role is highly demanding and requires multit asking, advance thinking, making quick and fact-based decisions to keep the project moving forward. Extensive experience into Product Development and EE System Engineering with knowledge of product development life cycle and software development life cycle Leading a team of cross functional engineers, leaders, domain managers responsible for the design and development of electrical and electronics systems from concept through to production and series development.. Proven technical project management & leadership capab ility demonstrated by recent delivery on time & budget. Expertise in Design... development, integration and validation of electrica l systems of overall vehicle architecture for OEMs/Tier 1s especially the EDS. Expert Engineering knowledge of different vehicle s ubsystems such as Powertrains both (ICE and BEV), Chassis, Body, Security, Infotainment, Diagnostics, Electrical/Electronic systems ECU(s), On Vehicle EE systems (Infotainment, ADAS, Connectivity) design, performance, production & manufacturing requirements. Good Experience on handling BOM, DFMEA, Build Concern reports, Quality concern reports, Issue resolution, change management, supplier management during vehicle development. Excellent Leadership, Effective collaboration with global teams including customer and cross functional group Excellent understanding of OEM & Engineering Services processes Significant experience in use of engineering t ools DFMEA, DFM, DFA, Six Sigma, problem resolution etc. Skills Responsibilities of RM - EEI COE calls for Extensive experience into Product Development and Electrical and Electronic System Engineering with knowledge of product development life cycle and software development life cycle. Also, should have expertise in Design, development, integration and validation of the electrical systems of overall vehicle EE architecture, knowledge of different vehicle subsystems such as Powertrains both (ICE and BEV), Chassis, Body, Security, Infotainment, Diagnostics, Electrical/Electronic systems ECU(s), On Vehicle EE systems (Infotainment, ADAS, Connectivity) design, performance, production & manufacturing requirements Whereas the subject candidate has an experience which is limited to EDS & engine peripherals.
