We are looking for Sales and Marketing personnel who is responsible for the company's sales, marketing and customer service functions. He/she will be responsible for setting the strategy and direction of these functions, ensuring the company meets its revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Experience Required: 3-5 Years

Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all sales opportunities are followed up on a timely basis and that all leads are converted to customers.
• Ensure to meet targets/ quota on a quarterly basis.
• Develop strategic partnerships with companies in related fields.
• Lead marketing team to develop the company's branding and messaging.
• Plan and execute key events in the calendar year including trade shows, conferences, webinars, industry events.
• Ensure that all customer complaints are resolved on a timely basis.
• Manage the marketing budget, including producing reports on ROI.
• Plan, organize, and implement sales & marketing campaigns.
• Develop effective sales tools... and collateral.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Sales or Marketing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to influence cross functional teams without formal authority.
