Summary:

The role of Regional Training and Development Lead, Asia Pacific (APAC) is part of the TED Team supporting Training, Education, and Development initiatives to develop the employees who are develop our business. All TED team deliverables are aligned with the business strategy, with the role contributing to global programs while focusing on regional engagement and impact.

Our methodologies emphasize a learning culture with engaging and interactive learning and development events. Our... objective is to provide all needed resources for the employee experience beginning with onboarding through talent management, high potential programs and succession planning.

Responsibilities:
• Facilitate development and delivery of global talent and training deliverables. Be action oriented to t rain and facilitate the various programs across the region.
• Communicate corporate programs and training events. Advocate for training and development initiatives. Engage participants and management in the learning journey to maximize effectiveness and meet success criteria. Partner with regional HR leadership on local strategy to execute global deliverables.
• Coordinate and educate regional HR staff to implement global strategy at the local level. Build relationships with HR partners to provide training with high context for the audience. Schedule and promote programs and collaborating with related stakeholders on the required resources.
• Review training programs and content ensure accuracy and business relevance. Suggest updates and improvements and w ork closely with business to identify the training needs.
• This role requires work as an individual contributor and as part of a larger global HR team.

Pre-Requisites – Academic & Experiences
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years in employee training including facilitation
• Strong in both verbal and written communications
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
