You will be supporting the Learning & Career Development team as a Learning Partner responsible for the learning and development of staff in the Division(s) under your care. The job scope is as follows:
• conduct Learning Needs Analysis with divisions and departments to identify learning needs and communicate approved learning plans
• Take charge of the deployment of staffs sponsorship to attend external conferences and courses for their professional development while ensuring adherence to policies and guidelines, monitoring of budget utilization and ensuring accuracy in claims and training records
• Partner with the Divisions in the following areas:
• Nominate mentees and new mentors for the SGH Mentoring programme as we continue to nurture a mentoring culture
• Nominate people supervisors to build their leadership capability through the SingHealth Core Milestone Leadership Programmes
• Ensuring compliance to Data and Cybersecurity eLearning programme
• Involve in other... department/hospital-level projects to develop and implement learning initiatives/strategies to engage and develop our staff and facilitation of programmes

Job requirements
• Bachelor degree or equivalent. Preferably related to the disciplines of education/training, healthcare, management or behavioural sciences
• Min 1 year in experience in education / training management.
• Applicants with experience in curriculum design and conducting / knowledge of profiling tools / facilitating training programs will have an advantage.
• Self-motivated individual who is strong in operational work, with capability and passion to develop and implement new learning initiatives
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
