Under direct supervision of Warehouse Manager / Commissary Manager. Performs inventory and issuance of all stocks. Order stocks needed by the store based on the required stock level as specified by the Kitchen Supervisor/Manager. Checks food items delivered in accordance with set standards and specifications. Verifies quantity received against quantities ordered. Follows GMP in Receiving and Storage of goods.

Essential Task and Responsibilities:
• Conducts daily physical inventory of all stocks in the stock room.
• Checks accuracy of stations' inventory.
• Conducts month-end physical inventory of all stocks in the restaurant.
• Computes daily orders based on the stock level as specified by the Kitchen Supervisor / Manager.
• Receives and checks all items delivered in accordance with the set standards and specifications.
• Counts all items to ensure that delivery tallies with orders.
• Rejects all items that do not conform to set standards and specifications.
• Records all receipts... and invoices of newly delivered items.
• Issues stocks needed by the stations following issuance procedure.
• Updates daily all inventory records (stock cards, tally sheets, etc.)
